Providence rallies for unemployment Ins.-COBRA Extension Hall

A group of dedicated activists braved the heat wave and the organizer of a rally on the steps of City Hall to demand that our representatives do it yourself, the deadlock to extend unemployment insurance and COBRA benefits suggests that Congress funds with reckless soak off the banks.
